WILDCATS!!!

CLASS 3 STATE CHAMPS

Wildcat football finished the regular season with a record of 7-3, 5-2 in the Big 8 and 2-1 in the district.

With the second place finish in the district the Wildcats headed to the post season for the first time since 2005.

Cassville won their Regional game at Mt. Vernon 27-14 and then won in the Sectionals over #2 ranked Monett 28-14.

The Wildcats moved to the quarterfinals for only the second time in school history in football and won over Rogersville 26-14.

 For the first time ever in football Cassville advanced to the State Semi-finals and defeated # 1 ranked Chillicothe 14-13.

In the Class 3 State Championship game Cassville defeated Cardinal Ritter 31-7 in the Jones Dome in St. Louis.
